CFM Referral Program

Program Overview: Our company values the recommendations and referrals made by our drivers and owner-operators. To show our appreciation, we have established a referral program that rewards you for bringing new drivers or owner-operators to CFM.

Program Details:

1. Eligibility:
   • The referral program is open to all current drivers and owner-operators of CFM.
2. Referral Reward:
   • You will earn 1 cent for every mile driven by the referred driver or owner-operator you have introduced to CFM. This applies to all miles driven under a contract with our company.
3. How It Works:
   • Submit the details of the person you are referring, including their name, contact information, and any relevant experience or qualifications, to our HR or referral coordinator.
4. Reward Calculation:
   • Rewards will be calculated based on the miles report by our ELD device on a monthly basis.
5. Payout Structure:
   • Rewards will be paid out monthly along with your regular paycheck.
6. Program Duration:
   • This referral program will run indefinitely, unless otherwise specified by CFM.
7. Terms and Conditions:
   • Referrers must be in good standing with CFM, with no outstanding disciplinary issues or violations of company policies.
   • Rewards are subject to applicable taxes and will be reported as income.
8. Promotional Efforts:
   • We will actively promote this referral program through internal communications, on our company website, and via our social media channels.
9. How to Refer:
   • You can submit referrals through an online form on our company website, via email to our HR department, or through your direct supervisor.
10. Communication and Updates:

• You will receive regular updates on the status of your referrals and accumulated rewards.

11. Example Calculation:

• For example, if a referred driver completes 10,000 miles in a month, you would earn $100 (10,000 miles x $0.01 per mile).

12. Program Changes:

• CFM reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time, with reasonable notice to participants.
